This takes in-depth knowledge and expertise from four decades of experience with every process in designing and producing state-of-the-art magnetics. Here is how we ensure high-capacity manufacturing.

Agile manufacturing

Our factory is located in Bangkok, Thailand, in a high-security industrial area protected against flooding. This area allows us to rapidly scale up production if needed. In the short term, we can respond to a high production need by quickly increasing the number of shifts in our production. For longer periods with higher production needs, we can easily scale up our capacity by adding extra machinery in a matter of weeks. Or we may even increase the total manufacturing capacity by renting or buying adjacent buildings in our industrial area.

Quick implementation of adjustments

Another key factor for our continued manufacturing success is our ability to implement adjustments extremely rapidly.

”Our close cooperation with our factory in Thailand is a huge advantage for our customers. If a rapid adjustment in production is needed, we may quickly reach out to our manufacturing engineers in Bangkok who will then implement the desired adjustments at once. This is possible because we own the factory. The quick implementation would not be possible if the factory was an external sub-contractor,” Senior Design Engineer Casper H. Wilson says.

Providing security of supply

In addition to the agile production advantages, our location in Thailand benefits our customers in numerous other ways. Our engineers in Bangkok are close to the suppliers in Asia and have an in-depth knowledge of the commodity market there. Their knowledge and close contact with the suppliers allow us to ensure our customers' security of supply of commodities and make us independent of individual suppliers. On top of this, we offer short delivery times and competitive prices.

IATF 16949 certification for automotive

Our factory in Bangkok makes sure that the components for our customers are manufactured according to the highest quality standards possible. Flux holds an IATF 16949 certification which means that our skilled staff manufacture and test every single component according to very strict standards. Our staff is trained to identify problems and risks in the production process and supply chain, eliminate their causes, and take corrective and preventive measures.

While our engineers in Thailand facilitate outstanding manufacturing results, our dedicated design engineers in Denmark are ready to work closely with our customers in the design process.
