Space Tech Expo Europe: Bringing our space solutions to the customers

From the 14th to the 16th of November 2023, local and international companies arrived in Bremen, Germany to participate in the annual Space Tech Expo fair. It was a great opportunity for companies to represent their respective fields within the space industry, showcasing the latest technologies and products.

A broad representation of companies within the traditional, commercial, and technical space industry attended the B2B fair in Bremen, and of course, Flux joined as well. We sent our COO of Defence and Space, Lars Gregersen, to represent Flux at the fair and greet visitors at our booth. Flux's representation took place in an adjoining booth shared with one of our distributors, Protec GmbH, a company representing 9-10 manufacturers at the fair.

A unique networking opportunity

Our representation at the fair allowed us to nurture our relations with existing customers while getting the chance to connect with new, potential customers, whom we may be able to help with our customizable solutions.

Fairs are ideal for communicating with our customers about their specific needs. We had our components at hand, which made it optimal to illustrate what our components do and how they would contribute to our customers' solutions. 

More than 650 exhibitors were represented at the fair, which gave rise to several networking opportunities and topical debates with designers, buyers, project managers, department managers, etc. who had hands-on challenges that Flux could help them with. 

The fair further offered insightful conferences with 150+ speakers who gave inspiring insights into the technological innovation of the European space industry, the latest space products, and the developments and opportunities that are unfolding.

We made space for our components

We brought a representative selection of our components including inductors, transformers, and chokes. Additionally, we introduced our newest component, the Magnetorquer rod, which provides attitude controls and stabilization of space elements and vehicles. 

Common for all our components is that we design and manufacture bespoke solutions to accommodate the specific needs of our customers. Lars shared his thoughts on Flux's attendance at Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen:

The three-day event unfolded as a marketplace for the European space industry, where engineers, industry leaders, buyers, and manufacturers from the entire supply chain were brought together to discuss and showcase the latest designs, manufacturing- and testing solutions within spacecraft, launch vehicles, satellites, and additional space-related technologies.
